New Search and Empty State Feedback

Users can now search filters by text and see informative messages when no data or votes are available.

What's New

• Added a search box to the filters screen allowing users to filter proposals using text input.

• Displayed clear, descriptive messages when no voting statistics are available to inform users about waiting times or guide them to view instant statistics.

• Introduced distinct empty state visuals for statistical charts to better communicate when data is missing.

• Updated the empty votes list message with clearer styling and phrasing.

Improvements

• Added a clear (×) button to input fields to let users quickly clear text entries.
